If death penalty is imposed for the offence of raped do you think it will reduce the offence of rape. Murder is punishable with death penalty but again and again that offence is committed by people...I think that they should be punished should be implemented without any time delay...fast courts have to be established for that...better education should be provided to the all men to respect women and it should be started from home itself...and try to inculcate the fear of policing and judiciary in the minds of people that is if they commit a crime they are to be punished immediately and severally....and all the faulty systems of government has to be changed..the police must be freed from political persuasions....
